When I arrived from Canada, tired and anxious to get to the apartment, the IVI team was most helpful. Thank you Rebecca for your assistance. I was a little early to get to the apartment so I had to wait. No problem because when it was time to go to the apartment, I was accompanied by Rebecca and another person with the suitcases and the walker. this is why I highly highly recommend that you choose to rent your apartment through IVI because they will be there for you. Also, I had a little question about the washer. I was not familiar with this kind and very quickly someone came to explain it to me. What wonderful service. The main reason to choose.IVI rental firm is because they are in the neighbourhood so you can go to the office a block or two away to get any information you need. Thank you IVI for making my a holiday so enjoyable. See you next time.

The staff are professional and made me feel welcome, as soon as i arrived. The offices are very professional and give a good impression. They accommodated my change in check in, as I was early and had nowhere else to go. The apartments are in a great location and are very clean. I have used this company three times in the last two and will use them again

Nos cobran 50€ en concepto de limpieza y nos hemos encontrado el alojamiento en un estado inaceptable de limpieza: pelos, pelusas y manchas bajo el sofá cama, pelusas bajo la cama de matrimonio, pelos en la placa ducha del baño y manchas de grasa en la vitrocerámica...Estos hechos han incomodado mucho nuestra estancia y recomendación de vuestros alojamientos a familiares y amigos.
