I have been treated terribly by Iv estates. I have been ripped off by 44 euros a night for an apartment that is filthy and had no toilet for 3 days a shower that flooded. No bedding. Owners stuff full under the bed and cupboards. Neighbour does not let you speak after 10pm and bangs violently on the walls. I received a email from iv estates saying thanks for leaving it impeccably clean. I was still there when the cleaner arrived and she was grateful at how clean i had left it. Ivan then reviews me said I complained about everything and left the apartment fatal! After a email thanking me for how clean it was. I have photos to prove it taken because the trust is not there with iv estates and rightly so it seems. Airb&b have given me some refund as they have read the messages between us. This apartment was filthy and extremely basic like staying at a friend's home when has gone on holiday. And now lies on a review. A extremely unprofessional estate agent. the toilet is facing some issues. we had to keep moving the upper lid to make the water flow. other than that, the apartment is perfect! really. we ll definitely come back.
