Hasta ahora sólo tenía palabras amables para estas personas. Pero hoy mismo me he enterado por mediación de Airbnb que me han pedido el DOBLE de lo que costaba un TV que se le calló a mi hermana en la cabeza (ya que está en un mueble que no pesa nada peligrosamente). Yo tuve que gestionar que viniera el médico a ver a mi hermana (ya que ellos no mueron ni un dedo a pesar de mis peticiones). Y aunque el médico le dijo que no se moviera, ellos me cobraron (FUERA DE AIRBNB) 150€ sin factura ni nada por salir más tarde por prescripción médica. Hoy me ha informado Airbnb de que NO tienen derecho de pedirme ni devolverme NADA FUERA DE LA PLATAFORMA. Así que me siento más que estafada y desde luego no quiero volver a saber de ellos… Aviso a todos, no realicen transacciones FUERA DE AIRBNB, no sean ingenuos como yo.

En general todo bien, la cocina un poco pequeña, pero ahí no podéis hacer nada al respecto jeje. La verdad es que me hubiera agradado que laa fundas de los sofases y cojines hubiesen estado recién lavados, es que soy muy perfeccionista con esas cosas jeje. Gracias por todo!
