Apartamento muito bom. Muito bem localizado, limpo e com tudo o que possa necessitar numa casa. Staff muito simpático e sempre pronto a ajudar. Gostamos muito. Espeto voltar a Torremolinos, destino muito agradável e digno de ser visitado e voltarei para a Ivi Real Estate. Recomendo. 5 estrelas!

I love staying with you. The place is impeccable clean, feels like home. Thanks for the coffe and the drinks in the refrigerator. Very nice touch. The location is amazing, close to bars and the beach with more bars. I wish I had stayed longer

We arrived on the Saturday afternoon after the agency had closed, the key collection was very easy and directions via whatsapp very good. The apartment was very spacious, bright and airy, good size bedroom and bathroom and living area and also a nice utility area off the kitchen with excellent washing machine. The kitchen was a good size also but only had the barest of utensils, not even a bottle opener. Unfortunately when we arrived the fridge hadn't been defrosted in a while, the ice box was 'iced over' and the door broken and hanging down, this meant the fridge door wouldn't close properly and you couldn't keep ice cubes frozen or drinks and food chilled. I did tell the agency on the Monday morning but was told 'The fridge unfortunately the owner need to change it'. Apart from the fridge, excellent apartment and location, keys easy to pick up and agency very local

Myself and my wife have stayed here twice this year (2023) and will be staying in the apartment again in September. The apartment is very clean , towels and bedding provided , nice comfortable bed . the apartment is on the 3rd floor , there is a lift and stairs , access ramp for a pram,pushchair or wheelchair. There is a bath and shower over the bath , not separate . The apartment is secure nice balcony , close to Lidl and a short walk to the sea front . Torremolinos is our favorite holiday destination , great beaches , the marina is a nice place to stop for a drink .. all in all a great apartment in a good location , the area is very safe , visit Hill 16 for a drink nice couple there Nicola and Barry will always make you welcome and also check out the fish and chip shop next door MMMMMMM very good ...if you only have a small case get the train from the airport , less than 5 euro to torremolinos then approx 20-25 mins walk to the apartment , or a taxi which is about 35 euro.
