Me a encantado tanto lo servicial que ha sido el muchacho que nos atendió como el piso, la unica pega que le puedo poner al piso es la ubicacion del baño, pero por lo demas es de 10. Sin duda volvere a repetir

We enjoyed 6 nights in the apartment which is very comfortable and has everything you need, including a shower. The patio is a good size and very private, and the location is quiet (apart from the Barracuda Hotel's rooftop bar occasionally). The sun left the terrace about 4.30 pm (April).

Stayed in the apartment for 3 nights in April. It had everything I needed & was in a really good location - handy for bars, restaurants, shops & the beach, it was also a really good price. Comms with IVI were excellent & the out of hours key collect worked a treat. I will definitely be using IVI the next time we are visiting Torremolinos & will recommend them to my friends and family.

Apartamento muito bom. Muito bem localizado, limpo e com tudo o que possa necessitar numa casa. Staff muito simpático e sempre pronto a ajudar. Gostamos muito. Espeto voltar a Torremolinos, destino muito agradável e digno de ser visitado e voltarei para a Ivi Real Estate. Recomendo. 5 estrelas!

Overall this apartment was well eqipped, clean, tidy and in a great location. Communication with the agent was great and always helpful. The apartment was let down by the torn and previously repaired curtains which had gaping holes where they had been pulled or caught on the patio door handles but the first thing you saw when entering the room. I would definitely book with this agent again.

We had a fantastic time in La Carihuela . And the service we received from yourselves was excellent! The reason we didn’t put excellent for comfort was as discussed with Mariano, there was a definite smell of cigarette smoke. He very kindly put in an air freshener plug and we bought a candle . One other point was that the terrace would have benefitted from a parasol or sunshade of some sort . But overall it was excellent! Thank you again. I will be in touch later as we’d like to come back in October. Thank you all .
